Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Non-Defective Returns
If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for damaged or defective items. For other cases, you may place a new order.

Refunds

- Items must not be used or damaged by the customer
